Kualifikasi Umum:

• Max. 30 years old (1-5)
• Loc: Cikampek (2), Sidoarjo (1,4,5), & Jakarta (3)
• Diploma 3/ Associate degree majoring in mechanical engineering (4), & chemistry/ chemical/ industrial/ mechanical/ electrical engineering (5) with GPA min. 3.00.
• Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering (1,3) & any major (2) with GPA min. 3.00.
• Experience in the same field & position min. 1 year (1-5).
• Able to speak and write in English (1-5).

1. MT QUALITY

Job Description:

• Supervise and manage the quality control process Guarantee product quality according to requirements
• Checking the manufacture or production process according to the procedure
• Check work plans and product specifications/ quality before and after the production process
• Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Record inspection results by completing all reports, concluding work and entering data into the quality database
• Running quality control system
• Advise ways to improve the production process Oversee the safe use of quality control equipment Reporting to Managerial level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry with min. GPA 3.00
• Proven track record minimum 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Quality on Manufacture/ Quality Management System
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability for problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, have strong leadership and prove with leadership experience
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
• Able to communicate fluently in English

2. MT SALES MARKETING Automotive Glass

Job Description:

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our automotive glass products and services
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key customers and partners
• Providing excellent customer service, expert technical advice and consultative selling to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
• Representing in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offering
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from Marketing/ Management/ Economy, with min. GPA 3.00)
• Proven track record minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of the automotive market, products and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
• Able to speak and write in English (Mandarin is a plus)

3. MT TECHNICAL ADVISORY SERVICES

Job Description:

• Processor & Customer Support: Handle Asahimas Certified Processors (ACP) through training, technical advice, and performance auditing.
• Architectural Support: Offers expert guidance on facade design, technical specifications, and compliance for building projects.
• Performance Calculations: Provides access to exclusive glass performance calculation databases to assist with project specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Covers specialized areas such as high-performance magnetron glass processing, tempering, and coating.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry with min. GPA 3.00
• Proven track record minimum 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Quality on Manufacture/ Technical Advisory
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability for problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, have strong leadership and prove with leadership experience

4. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machinery
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
• Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
• Running Mechanical control system
• Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
• Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
• Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S
• Able to analyze & troubleshot machine damage and make machine condition reports

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree from mechanical engineering with min. GPA 3.00)
• Proven track record minimum 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Maintenance on Manufacture the building materials/ construction industry/ retail manufacture
• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or production environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java

5. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of production teams to meet established targets and objectives
• Monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal efficiency and quality
• Providing leadership, coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Implementing and enforcing health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations
• Strengthen shop floor management system through good man power arrangement,
• Ensuring production process
• Responsible on production process

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar team leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Must have Diploma degree (D3) on Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ Mechanical / Electrical/ Industrial engineering major with Minimum GPA : 3.00
• Have a potential and experience as a leader (Able to lead a group)
• Strong technical understanding of production processes, chemical reaction and quality control
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Willing to work on shift and open for an overtime work schedule
