1. Staff Internal Sales

Key Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels
  • Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer data, update pricing data, and sales records in the system
  • Support the external sales team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Monitor order status and follow up with customers regarding delivery and payments
  • Prepare regular sales reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial or Commercial Engineering
  • Min. 1 years of experience in internal sales, sales administration, or a similar role is prefered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP system
  • Have a good skill to maintaining customer
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

2. Staff Continuous Improvement

Key Responsibility:

  • Support and implement Continuous Improvement programs (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S)
  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in problem-solving activities using quality tools (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
  • Support standardization and documentation of improved processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Min 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry is prefered
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen,
  • Continuous Improvement concepts
  • Familiar with quality tools (7 QC Tools, PDCA, RCA)
  • Good analytical and problem—solving skills and
  • Able to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively

3. Staff People Development

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage the competency matrix for all functions
  • Analyze training and assessment results, methods, and tools.
  • Manage documentation and reporting related to training and assessments for audits and inspections
  • Collect and analyze KPI data to identify trends, gaps, and training needs, and work with department heads to improve individual and team performance.
  • Maintain and update assessment tools, competency matrices, and documentation.
  • Assist in developing continuous improvement initiatives for training and competency systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, or Human Resource Management
  • Min. 1 year experience in people development or related field will be priority
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and systematic thinking
  • Good understanding of competency frameworks and talent development strategies
  • Proficiency in assessment tools, methodologies, and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft excel
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and responsible

4. Production Supervisor

Key Responsibility:

  • Mapping manpower for shift-based production activities
  • Ensure production runs effectively and meets quantity, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Monitor the implementation of quality standards, work instructions, and process parameters.
  • Identify and resolve production issues such as defects and machine downtime.
  • Coordinate operators and technicians to achieve production efficiency
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, occupational safety (K3), and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a Produc!ion Supervisor role in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with quality management standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
  • Proficient in the application of : TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen principles
  • Strong leadership skills, able to plan production schedules, manage teams, and analyze process efficiency.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.

5. Production Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibility:

  • Directly supervise, mentor, and coach a team of process engineers
  • Assign projects and tasks to team members based on skills, availability, and project priorities
  • Conduct performance reviews, set individual and team goals, provide continous feedback and career development guidance
  • Review and approve key process engineering for deliverables technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
  • Serve as the highest level of technical authority within the team for complex problem solving and trouble shooting
  • Work with project managers to define the process engineering scope, budget, and schedule for new project
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduces cost, improve yield, and increase plant reliability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial applied engineering is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in process engineering in manufacturing industry, min. 2 years in a leadership or senior engineer role
  • Professional Engineer (P.E) lisence is highly desirable and often required
  • Expert in process simulation (Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD), P&ID development, hydraulic calculations, ond process safety
  • Strong communication, problem solving, delegation, and mentoring skills
  • Understanding of budgeting, project management, and business case development

6. Engineering Process Manager

Key Responsibility:

  • Lead the process engineering department, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize technical resources, budgets, and technologies across engineering operations.
  • Supervise and support senior staff, set departmental goals, review performance, and guide career development.
  • Approve major engineering deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
  • Act as technical authority for complex decisions, troubleshooting, and risk mitigation across projects or sites.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define scope, budgets, and timelines for new engineering initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, reduce cost, increase yield, and enhance reliability.
  • Provide strategic reports and recommendations on performance, investments, and future capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Min. 8—10 years in process engineering within manufacturing industry, including at least 3—5 years in managerial or lead engineering roles.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is highly desirable and often required.
  • Advanced expertise in process simulation tools (e.g Aspen HYSYSj ChemCAD), P&ID development, hydraulic calculations, and process safety analysis.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, with ability to manage cross-functional teams and technical staff
  • Experienced in budgeting, risk management, and leading large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate with production, QA/QC, maintenance, and senior leadership.

7. Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance management;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business and drive repeat sales;
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales efforts;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns;
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance and pipeline;
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably ‘in the steel or manufacturing industry;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship- building skills;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets;
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to drive data-driven decision making;
  • Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline sales management and client relationship management tools
