1. Sales Analyst Support

This role is responsible for supporting the sales team through data analysis, reporting, and operational support. The position focuses on preparing tender documents, maintaining accurate records, operating advertising systems, and analyzing sales performance to provide insights that support effective decision-making and business growth.

Job Description

• Supporting sales team with analytics.
• Creating tender document according to the brief.

Qualification / Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Informatics or related field.

2. Legal Intern

Ideally, you are organized, curious, and eager to make a tangible impact from day one.

Job Description

• Assist the Legal team in navigating daily operational tasks and administrative duties
• Support the drafting, reviewing, and filing of legal documents, agreements, and internal company policies
• Conduct legal research, analyze regulations, and prepare clear summaries of relevant laws and policies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide legal support whenever needed

Qualification

• Final Semester or Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university
• Solid skills in legal research, writing, and analysis. You know how to construct a strong argument
• Proactive, highly organized, and genuinely eager to learn new things
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to participate within 3 months internship program (Full WFO)

3. Corporate Legal Manager

The Legal Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing effective legal support to the company’s operations. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 3–6 years in a managerial role, strong legal drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage legal risks.

Job Description

• Ensure all company business activities are conducted in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations
• Draft, review, and manage day to day legal documents, agreements, and correspondence accurately and in a timely manner
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential legal risks to protect the company’s interests
• Ensure proper management and compliance of company licenses, permits, and legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and provide interpretation of laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to business operations
• Monitor, guide, and supervise Legal Officers and legal staff to ensure effective legal support across the organization

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with 3–6 years in a managerial role, preferably in a law firm, retail, or similar industries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as lead a legal team

4. F&B Marketing & Promotion Intern

Job Description

• Create copywriting captions for our website and promos (both in Indonesian & English)

5. Internal Control Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our operational control and compliance processes. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing petty cash and inventory transactions, conducting audits across company outlets, analyzing inventory data to identify discrepancies, and ensuring the proper implementation of company SOPs.

Job Description

• Monitor and review petty cash and inventory transactions
• Conduct audits at company outlets
• Analyze inventory data to identify issues or discrepancies
• Review and ensure company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are properly implemented
• Assist in fraud prevention by reviewing unusual transactions and supporting reconciliation processes

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology & System, Communication, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with relevant internship experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other basic formulas)
