1. ACCOUNT SALES ENGINEER (MINING)

Job Description

• Develop and manage client accounts in the mining sector.
• Provide technical and commercial solutions to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Having relevant experience, preferably within the mining sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel for client engagements.

2. PRODUCT SALES ENGINEER

Job Description

• Handle sales of instrumentation and control system products (SCADA, DCS, PLC, transmitter, Analyzer,etc.).
• Assist customers with technical and commercial guidance, ensuring solutions address their needs.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background.
• Min. 2 years of sales experience in product/automation system (SCADA, DCS, PLC, field instruments preferred).
• Strong technical understanding, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and work closely with clients across industries.

3. PRODUCT SALES ENGINEER

Job Description

• Handle sales of instrumentation and control system products (i.e Analyzer, transmitter, flowmeter, gas chromatograph).
• Assist customers with technical and commercial guidance, ensuring solutions address their needs.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background.
• Min. 2 years of experience in product sales (field instruments preferred).
• Strong technical understanding, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and work closely with clients across industries.

4. VIBRATION ENGINEER

Job Description

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with AMS Hardware & Software.
• Install, configure, and upgrade AMS Hardware & Software.
• Monitor and maintain AMS Hardware & Software, also respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant background.
• Min. 2 years of experience in vibration or condition monitoring, ideally as a Technical Support Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of field instrumentation products.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and willing to work onsite/travel.

5. SENIOR SALES ENGINEER (Valve)

Job Description

• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals and expand market presence, specifically for various Valve products.
• Coordination with internal support and global Emerson principal (overseas factories) to bring opportunities and create funnels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant background.
• Min. 3 years of technical experience in Industrial Valves.
• Good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, high achiever.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel for client engagements.

6. ACCOUNT SALES ENGINEER (Oil & Gas)

Job Description

• Develop and manage client accounts in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Provide technical and commercial solutions to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.
