Saat ini PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk beberapa posisi strategis yang akan ditempatkan di area operasional Bakan, Sulawesi Utara, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:

Supervisor – OHS System & Training

Placement : Bakan, North Sulawesi

Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee the Company’s OHS Management System in compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Ensure OHS-related workforce competency requirements are met.
• Drive and monitor initiatives to prevent Lost Time Injury (LTI), occupational diseases, fatalities, and workplace incidents.
• Ensure effective implementation of OHS management systems (J-Safe, SMKP, ISO, ICMI, GMP).
• Ensure full compliance with OHS legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead OHS awareness, training, and supervision programs across operations.
• Ensure OHS programs are delivered in line with approved work plans and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related/equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the OHS field.
• Possess General AK3 Certificate, AK3 Mining Certificate, POP Certificate, TOT (Training of Trainer) Certificate, SMKP Auditor Certificate, Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) Certificate.
• ISO 45001:2018 Auditor Certificate, ISO 14001:2015 Auditor Certificate.
• Other supporting certificates such as Investigation, IBPR, JSA, Basic Fire Fighting, Basic First Aid, etc.
• Willing to be placed on-site at Bakan, North Sulawesi.

Supervisor – OHS Project Construction

Placement : Bakan, North Sulawesi

Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee the Company’s OHS Management System in compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Ensure OHS-related workforce competency requirements are met.
• Drive and monitor initiatives to prevent Lost Time Injury (LTI), occupational diseases, fatalities, and workplace incidents.
• Ensure effective implementation of OHS management systems (J-Safe, SMKP, ISO, ICMI, GMP).
• Ensure full compliance with OHS legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead OHS awareness, training, and supervision programs across operations.
• Ensure OHS programs are delivered in line with approved work plans and budgets.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
• Possess General AK3 Certificate, AK3 Construction Certificate, AK3 Electrical Certificate.
• Possess POP Certificate, SMKP Implementation Certificate, Mining Accident Investigation Certificate, TOT (Training of Trainer) Certificate.
• Other supporting certificates such as Investigation, IBPR, JSA, Basic Fire Fighting, Basic First Aid, etc.
• Willing to be placed on-site at Bakan, North Sulawesi.

Officer – Account Payable

Placement : Bakan, North Sulawesi

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control accounts payable and receivable records to ensure accurate and reliable financial reports.
• Review and process vendor invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with company procedures and timely payment execution.
• Perform three-way matching verification (invoice, PO, and receiving documents) prior to payment processing.
• Supervise bank reconciliation and petty cash management to ensure accurate actual cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, banks, and external parties to support smooth financial operations and audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounts Payable roles.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, accounts payable processes, and contract comprehension.
• Familiar with banking administration, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
• Preferably domiciled in North Sulawesi.
• Willing to be placed on-site at Bakan, North Sulawesi.

Officer – Accounting

Placement : Bakan, North Sulawesi

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide monthly financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Verify, record, and post monthly financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Perform monthly depreciation, amortization, and accrual calculations.
• Ensure account reconciliations are completed accurately and discrepancies are properly resolved.
• Actively support internal and external financial audits, including coordination with auditors and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 3 years of experience in Accounting or 2 years as a Public Financial Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cost and management accounting, asset accounting, and applicable accounting standards (PSAK, IFRS).
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferably domiciled in North Sulawesi.
• Willing to be placed on-site at Bakan, North Sulawesi.
