1. Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the overall execution of Data Center projects from mobilization, engineering, procurement, and installation through testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Take full ownership of project milestones, budget, profitability, quality, and safety performance.
• Act as the main point of contact with owners/clients, consultants, and main contractors, including leading regular project progress meetings.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, site organization, manpower, and material mobilization strategies.
• Manage project risks, changes, and variation orders while ensuring proper contractual documentation and proactive mitigation plans.
• Ensure coordination and integration across Electrical, Mechanical, and ELV/ICT disciplines.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the project team while ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in MEP construction projects, with at least 5 years of experience in Data Center/Critical Facility projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with international owners/clients.
• Strong knowledge of TIA-942, Uptime Institute, NFPA/NEC, PUIL/SNI, and commissioning frameworks L1-L5 (Cx0-Cx6).
• Strong understanding of project cost, schedule, quality, risk, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.

2. Project Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate project documentation, including transmittals, RFI, submittals, drawing approvals, and official correspondence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with photo evidence and commissioning readiness data.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor action items.
• Monitor MTO, MRF, and critical material delivery status with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Maintain project registers, including drawing register, RFI log, punch list, lesson learned, and risk register.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing client-facing presentations and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Engineering or Management.
• 4-7 years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in MEP/Data Center projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with EDMS such as Aconex, ACC, or similar.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

3. Senior Drafter

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the production of AutoCAD shop and as-built drawings.
• Prepare complex MEP drawings, including single lines, installation details, and coordination sections.
• Maintain project drawing standards, including layers, title blocks, numbering, and symbols.
• Allocate drafting workloads and review drawings before submission.
• Update as-built drawings based on site red-line markups.
• Coordinate with BIM teams to maintain consistency between 2D drawings and models.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/SMK in Engineering or relevant field.
• 7+ years of MEP drafting experience with large-scale projects.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD & Revit.
• Strong understanding of MEP construction drawing standards.
• Able to guide junior drafters and work under tight deadlines.
• Good attitude, honest, disciplined, cooperative, and responsible.

4. Document Controller

What You’ll Do:

• Manage project document registration, numbering, distribution, and archiving through EDMS.
• Manage drawing and submittal transmittals and monitor approval status.
• Maintain RFI logs, drawing registers, and master document registers.
• Ensure only the latest approved/IFC drawings are circulated at site.
• Prepare and organize handover documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals.
• Support internal and external audits through efficient document retrieval.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1, any major.
• 2-5 years of document control experience in construction projects.
• Familiar with EDMS such as Aconex, ACC/BIM 360, or similar.
• Familiar with document numbering and control procedures.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
• Good attitude, honest, disciplined, cooperative, and responsible.

5. Lead Electrical Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Lead electrical engineering activities covering MV/LV, UPS, and generator systems.
• Review IFC designs and identify design gaps through technical RFI.
• Lead the preparation of shop drawings, single line diagrams, cable schedules, and engineering calculations.
• Review and approve technical submittals for major electrical equipment.
• Provide technical direction for site issues and verify installation compliance with approved designs.
• Support testing and commissioning activities, including protection settings and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with consultants/owner engineers and mentor Electrical Engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV, UPS, parallel generators, and protection coordination.
• Familiar with PUIL/SNI, IEC, NFPA/NEC, and Data Center redundancy concepts.
• Strong technical leadership and English communication skills.
• Good attitude, honest, disciplined, cooperative, and responsible.

6. Lead ELV / ICT Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Lead ELV/ICT engineering activities covering BMS, EPMS, CCTV/ACS, fire alarm, PA/GA, and structured cabling.
• Review system designs, architectures, riser diagrams, and BMS/EPMS IO lists.
• Review technical submittals for ELV equipment and systems.
• Coordinate ELV interfaces with Electrical, Mechanical, and system vendors.
• Lead MMR/MDF fit-out, fiber/copper pathways, and system labeling requirements.
• Support ELV testing, commissioning, system integration, and functional testing.
• Mentor ELV/ICT Engineers and ensure consistency of engineering deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering.
• 8-12 years of ELV/ICT experience, preferably in Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/EPMS, fire alarm, security systems, and structured cabling.
• Familiar with TIA-942, BICSI, and NFPA 72.
• RCDD/DCCA certification is an advantage.

7. QA/QC Engineer – Electrical

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct quality inspections for electrical installation works, including tray, cable, termination, grounding, panels, and busway.
• Prepare WIR/inspection requests and coordinate consultant/owner witness inspections.
• Verify electrical testing results and inspection records.
• Issue and follow up NCRs/observations through closure.
• Conduct incoming inspection of electrical materials against approved submittals.
• Maintain inspection records as part of the project quality dossier.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of electrical QA/QC experience.
• Familiar with PUIL/SNI, IEC, and Data Center electrical acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation quality standards.
• Detail-oriented, firm, systematic, and well-organized in documentation.

8. CX Engineer – Electrical

What You’ll Do:

• Execute commissioning of major electrical systems, including UPS, generators, MV/LV switchgear, ATS, and PDU.
• Prepare and review L3-L4 test procedures and commissioning scripts.
• Perform pre-functional checks, functional testing, and support Integrated System Testing (IST).
• Verify protection relay settings, generator synchronization, and transfer schemes against approved designs.
• Coordinate with vendor start-up engineers and document all test results.
• Analyze test failures, support troubleshooting, and conduct retesting until successful completion.
• Ensure LOTO and energized work permit requirements are followed during commissioning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6-10 years of electrical testing & commissioning experience, preferably in Data Center or plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, protection relays, UPS, and parallel generators.
• Experienced in functional testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning documentation.
• Comfortable working with owners/consultants during witness testing.

9. Site Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead electrical installation and site execution activities.
• Plan and control daily/weekly installation works according to the lookahead schedule.
• Allocate supervisors, foremen, manpower, tools, and materials across work areas.
• Ensure installation complies with approved drawings and method statements.
• Monitor productivity, physical progress, and site constraints.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, contractors, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure area readiness for inspection and handover to commissioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of electrical site execution experience, preferably in Data Center/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV, busway, containment, and electrical installation sequencing.
• Experienced in managing multiple crews.
• Strong site leadership with a firm commitment to quality and safety.

10. Site Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities by area/shift.
• Direct foreman and crews according to work plans and project requirements.
• Ensure workers understand drawings, method statements, and JSA before starting work.
• Conduct first-line quality checks before QC inspection.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, daily progress, and site constraints.
• Enforce PPE requirements and safe working procedures within the assigned area.

Requirements:

• D3/S1 Electrical Engineering or experienced SMK graduate.
• 5-8 years of electrical installation supervision experience.
• Able to read shop drawings and supervise tray, cable, termination, and panel works.
• Good communication and daily reporting skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and site discipline.
